Return and Exchange
Can I return my purchase?
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, if it is unused and in its original packaging. You will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
How can I return my purchase?
You can tell us you want to return an item by sending us an email at hello@wearemiscellaneous.com with “RETURN” in the subject header.
Please give the following details about the item you wish to return:
1. The invoice number on the packing list
2. The item number and/or name
3. The colour name of the item
4. Whether you want to return or exchange. In the latter case, please specify what item you would like to exhange it for.
To help us satisfy our customers’ wishes as fully as possible, please also state the reason for the return.
Please ensure that you pay the correct postage price. If the postage price is insufficient, the remaining postage costs will be deducted from the amount credited to your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we have received and processed your return. Your order will be fully refunded as quickly as possible – no later than 30 days after Miscellaneous has confirmed receipt.
Please note: the customer remains fully responsible for any packages returned until they are received by Miscellaneous. We recommend that you use TNT Post. If you use the parcel stamp, it is easy to trace the delivery via www.tracktrace.nl
In which cases can an item not be returned or exchanged?
We will not accept:
• Items that are not in their original condition and/or packaging
• Items that have been used/damaged.
