Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, We provide free international shipping for all orders over 300 euro.

When do you dispatch my purchase?
We dispatch within 36 hours of your purchase (weekends and holidays not included). After you have made your purchase, you will receive an automatic confirmation. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details.

Who is your carrier?
We use TNT as our carrier.
You will receive a TNT track and trace code when your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel with that code on the following link.

What is the shipping fee within The Netherlands?
For residents in The Netherlands, we have a flat fee of 5,90 euro.

How long does it take before I receive my purchase?
In the Netherlands, TNT will deliver the parcel within 24 hours of dispatchment, sundays and holidays not included.

What is the shipping fee within Europe?
For destinations within Europe we charge 8,90 euro.

For parcels outside the EU, can you state ‘gifts’ or ‘samples’ on the customslip so I don’t have to pay any additional taxes?
No, on such custom slips we always state it is a commercial good. Additionally, we also state the correct value of the parcel.
